Welcome, Bailey Fowler, PA-C, to Mercy Health — Paducah Neurology!

Bailey was first drawn to medicine through early exposure to health care and witnessing the meaningful impact compassionate care can have on patients and their families. Bailey chose to pursue neurology because of both personal experience and growing clinical interest. After being diagnosed with migraines as a child, she developed an early appreciation for how complex and disruptive neurologic conditions can be. As her medical training progressed, her interest in neurology continued to grow, drawn by the specialty’s unique combination of diagnostic problem-solving and the opportunity to help patients navigate conditions that can significantly affect their quality of life.

She has a special interest in the broad spectrum of neurologic disorders and is focused on continuing to expand her clinical skills and procedural experience as she grows in practice. For Bailey, one of the most rewarding aspects of medicine is providing clarity, reassurance and guidance to patients facing often complex and frustrating conditions. She believes that strong communication and patient education are just as important as diagnosis and treatment.

Originally drawn to Mercy Health because of her connection to the community and positive experiences during clinical rotations within the system, Bailey is excited to continue serving patients in a place that values teamwork, collaboration and patient-centered care. She believes the provider–patient relationship works best as a partnership and strives to make sure patients feel listened to, understood and involved in their care every step of the way.

Outside of medicine, Bailey enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog, being outdoors, hiking, walking around the lake, golfing, traveling, and exploring new places together.
