📉 Mortgage Rate Update (because yes… everyone’s asking 👀)

As of right now, rates are hovering around:
🏡 ~6.3–6.4% for a 30-year
🏡 ~5.7–5.8% for a 15-year ()

Not the 3% days… but also not the 7%+ panic we saw before.

Here’s the real tea ☕️
Buyers are getting used to this “new normal,” and the ones who jump in now? Less competition, more negotiating power, and better deals.

Waiting for rates to drop sounds good… until everyone else jumps back in too.

Moral of the story: marry the house, date the rate 💍
