Water used to stick around, but now it knows where to go.
This lot used to hold water for 2–3 weeks after every rain. We regraded the site to establish positive slope and eliminate low spots, now it drains efficiently and stays dry. Due to the size of the lot, the customer opted for hydroseeding to quickly reestablish grass & stabilize the freshly graded surface.
