The last few months have been nothing short of “Embracing The Experience”. After months and months of waiting, we are so happy to finally be taking our big blue out on the open road.

To the open road: we have missed you dearly.

We can’t wait to be in our tiny living space, enjoy some campgrounds, see the beach, and be traveling again.

True talk here… we were freaking out about Halloween this year. We go big for Halloween, always dress in family costumes, and go trick or treating in the neighborhood knowing we have a place to do it.

It’s different in a rig - we had NO idea if the campground was doing anything (surprise - they weren’t) and we had no idea what was in the area.

Luckily, we met these folks. Our kids have so much fun together, and bonus, us parents get along great! So, last minute, we switched our campground while we were traveling, and got to park next to them again.

The day was crazy, but last minute we found an awesome neighborhood to go trick or treating in. Not only did we have a successful Halloween, but our kids got to go with friends. Not temporary friends - but friends that our kids say they’re grateful for at dinner every night for the past 2 weeks.

The road can be lonely at times, but the friends you meet along the way make it worth it… especially when you know it’ll be a long lasting friendship! ♥️
