I’m back y’all. Summer excursions, adventures, and travels are over for now. While that may seem sad, I always look forward to the return of routine, the comfort of home and the intention to self nurture. If you have fallen out of practice with the craziness that summer brings, as I did, let’s get back in the flow. What better way than to join me for YOGA FLOW tonight at 5:30pm at Willow Creek. Let’s continúelo take advantage of those beautiful deck sessions while we can.

Join me tomorrow at the beautiful Willow Creek Falls! All levels are welcome. This practice will be beginner friendly. Saturday 11:00am

I like social media, but this past week I noticed I lost a few chunks of time when I desperately needed to be doing more important things. So when I find myself scrolling more than doing, I know it’s time for a break. Therefore, the schedule of offerings is as follows:
Wednesday, 9am: Yoga Flow~ ♥️
Wednesday, 5:30pm: Yoga Flow~

Thursday, 9am: SRT on the Reformer~
