Short road trip to Blue Ridge, GA. It was a great time mountain biking, hiking, and exploring the wineries, cideries, and distilleries in the area. We found a cozy cabin in the mountains with a wonderful view that offered privacy, peace, and relaxation. Just what we needed!

Staying active after 50 means getting outside, exploring, and making every day an adventure. From walking the historic St. Marks Lighthouse to strolling Carabelle, relaxing on St. George Island, and capping it off with a well-earned dinner at Hamaknockers BBQ. Travel, movement, and balance — that’s how we stay healthy on the road.

🇺🇸 4th of July in Korea? You bet. We found the best U.S. diner-style burgers in Pohang at Susie’s Hamburger Restaurant—complete with antique jam box, old-school camcorders, and retro arcade vibes. Who needs fireworks when you’ve got nostalgia and a juicy double cheeseburger? 🍔
