A little behind on my posting. I wanted to update you on the latest project Black Rock! This was a sleeper lot that truly stayed hidden. Black Rock Ridge is a development that was created by our friends Wright and Debbie Wright. I had the privilege of working alongside them to sell all the lots at Black Rock Ridge, off of Hardscrabble road.
This is a custom second home for the “Bahr’s” who live near Tampa, FL. We had the privilege yet again to work with a referral of a client we had sold to many years ago. People remember how they were treated and this is a testament to that.
