Simple tools can make a big difference when it comes to time management. Chore charts can help with keeping track of responsibilities, while a handwashing timer can help you avoid washing too much or too little. Another helpful option is the Time Timer clock. This clock has a disc that slowly disappears as the minutes count down, providing a stronger visualization of time. Lastly, apps such as the First Then Visual Schedule can provide visual and audible descriptions of what to do next.
