A powerful little reminder for the beginning of this week…
Think back on your life to the things that you’re most proud of.
They started off with the decision to do something brave and scary, right?
Because growth isn’t easy- it takes bravery, time, compassion, and hard work.
Remember this when you have a choice to make this week.
Can you take a deep breath, remind yourself that you’ll be okay no matter what, and (gently) get out of your comfort zone?

Here's why you're feeling indecisive: anxiety around being stuck. If you grew up in a home where you weren't taught to trust yourself or handle consequences, you learned that making the wrong decision would leave you stuck and unable to cope. Here's the truth: you're never stuck. You can always re-decide, even if it's inconvenient. Remind yourself that you have the ability to handle whatever comes from the choices you make. You're more capable than you think.

Understanding dual realities will change your life.
Most things in life are not black and white, and when we get wedded to this concept, we limit ourselves and often get stuck.
Understanding that multiple realities usually exist at the same time not only gives you perspective, it’s freeing.
It gets you out of right/wrong, black/white thinking and opens you up to more nuance and shades of gray.
