Meet doctors Andrew and Samantha Benin - the latest New Yorkers to trade the Big Apple for South Florida sunshine! ☀️

This young couple just opened their medical practice in Boca Raton (she's a cardiologist, he's in internal medicine) and they're loving every minute of it.

📈 The bigger picture: Boca Raton has been actively courting New York businesses and residents - their recruitment website has gotten 4,000+ visits since last summer! The trend is also spreading to Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens, and Delray Beach.
