FL Green is searching for a Telemarketing Manager with a minimum of 2 years experience (Bilingual: English/Spanish Required)

Job Duties/Requirements:

Proven ability to set appointments, rehash old meetings, and confirm leads/appointments.

Comfort working in a fast paced, high volume environment

Experienced Home Improvement Appointment Setters are preferred

Must be familiar with home improvement lingo/vocabulary

Must be comfortable with speaking to potential and existing leads on the phone

Daily bonuses and incentives

Weekly Compensation (average $1000-1500)

The License Qualifier is responsible for obtaining, holding and maintaining the appropriate State and Municipal license(s) and ensuring that Sears Holdings Corporation, its subsidiaries, and its affiliate businesses ( Sears ) are qualified under and in compliance with any and all applicable State and Municipal licensing statutes and ordinances.

Maintain state registration requirements with regulatory authorities as applicable

5-10 years of related experience
License / certification in relevant field
Valid Driver License for the State of employment
18 years of age or older
