Vincent is the man! 💪💪💪This picture was taken during his last from a very vigorous chest series we completed. We are working on forward head posture, and Vincent quickly neutralized his cervical spine by tucking his chin inward after this picture was taken. This photo is a beautiful reminder that we are ☀️
Look at Wally go! The armpits/underarms are key players when it comes to 💪💪 When we contract our underarms, we immediately activate our pectoralis/chest for optimal results!
