After many years in real estate, I have learned that this is not always the case.

Strong buyers often recognize value quickly. They have been watching the market, comparing opportunities, and are prepared to act when the right property becomes available.

This does not mean every first offer should be accepted.

It does mean every offer deserves thoughtful consideration.

Sometimes the opportunity sellers are hoping for arrives sooner than expected.
Experience has taught me that successful negotiations begin with an open mind and a careful evaluation of the facts.
