Bring a Friend Week is here at GRO.

There’s nothing better than sharing your favorite class with someone you love.

From July 1–6, every GRO member can bring one first-time guest FREE to any class at either location.

Whether it’s your best friend, partner, parent, sibling, or someone who’s been saying, “I’ve been meaning to try it,” this is the perfect week to invite them.

Guests must create a GRO profile, sign a waiver, and reserve their spot in advance. To register, have your guest call, text, DM, or stop by the studio, and we’ll get everything set up before class.

Movement is better together, and we can’t wait to welcome even more people into our community.

On International Yoga Day, we’re reminded how special it is to share this practice with others.

What began as a simple love for yoga has grown into a community built on connection, movement, healing, and growth. Every class, every conversation, and every person who walks through our doors is part of that story.

We’re grateful to be able to offer this practice to our communities in Boca and West Palm Beach and to witness the impact it has every day.
