Project “From Broken Wings to A Fighter.”
If you want to look strong — keep hugging your barbell. If you want to be truly strong — do functional training 💪🏻

Vote for Ksena Zviagilsky to be featured on the cover of Muscle & Fitness HERS! 01/28/2026

Fitness lifted me when life broke my wings.
I’m 49 — and I know how to rebuild strength.
Today, I am a certified trainer, and I help others become fighters through my project “From Broken Wings to a Fighter” — a project focused on engaging, non-boring fitness as a practical tool for restoring health, confidence, and inner resilience at any age.

I’m participating in the Ms. Health & Fitness competition because winning offers the opportunity to be featured on the magazine cover and share my story with a wider audience, as well as direct a portion of the prize funds toward further developing the project and continuing my professional growth as a trainer — because the deeper my knowledge and experience, the more people I can truly help.

This is a rare opportunity to increase the visibility of an initiative that is otherwise much harder to promote and to give it a sustainable platform for growth.

I believe that health, strength, and confidence should not depend on income or place of residence.
And even if your wings were once broken, the ability to rise again always remains.

How you can support me:

1️⃣ Free — 1 vote per day
Each vote is a real chance
to see me on the magazine cover and help this project gain visibility.

2️⃣ Donation = more votes
A donation provides additional votes and significantly increases my chances of winning.

All donations go to the B+ Foundation, which funds childhood cancer research
and supports families in need.

This is more than a competition.
It’s a conscious choice and real impact💪

Another “nutrition revolution.” Standing ovation. 👏
Never happened before — and here we go again.

Official institutions have suddenly discovered that:
— calories ≠ health,
— ultra-processed food is a problem,
— protein and fats actually matter,
— sugar for kids is a bad idea.

The discovery of the century.
Especially for those who’ve been saying this out loud for years.

📌 In January 2026, the new Dietary Guidelines for Americans 2025–2030 were released —
and if you’re feeling déjà vu, you’re not imagining it.

Because these are the exact principles I was talking about long before they became “official truth.”
That’s also why I created my own nutrition guide and food tables back then —
to step out of the endless debate of “but what about calories?”

So what has suddenly become “clear”:

🥩 Food quality matters more than calories
(Yes. Suddenly.)

🥑 Protein and fats are the foundation of the diet
Not a plate of pasta served with a sense of accomplishment.

🧈 Saturated fats are no longer the public enemy
Low-fat products — you may quietly exit the room.

🚫 Ultra-processed foods are named the main driver of chronic disease
Lab-made products ≠ food.
Who would’ve thought.

🍬 Sugar and sweeteners are not part of a healthy diet
At all.
Not for adults.
Not for children.

👶 Kids: zero sugar until age 4
Juice — no.
Soda — no.
“But it’s natural” — also no.

My take?
It’s a bold and dramatic shift.

But let me remind you:
official guidelines ≠ individual needs.

Not every body:
— can handle high protein intake,
— tolerates a high-fat diet,
— responds the same way to the same foods.

And the real question isn’t for people — it’s for the industry:
Will anything actually change?
Or will they just update the posters?

Either way, this doesn’t surprise me.
It’s simply a calm confirmation that moving against the mainstream sometimes just means being ahead of your time.
