• Pending sales up +26%
• Closings down -26% (normal seasonal reset)
• Inventory up +7%
• Prices are still up 10% year-over-year

🏢 Condos & Townhomes
• New listings jumped +84%
• Pending sales up +22%
• Closings down -24%
• Inventory up +5%
• Prices up 9% year-over-year

💡 What does this mean?

December was about closings.
January is about new inventory and new opportunity.
