While there are many situations to choose from, we’ll keep it fun with the Airbnb guest that couldn’t find the toilet INSIDE the property (there were 4 inside this Airbnb)…

So they decided to make their own bathroom OUTSIDE at the front door.

Smart locks are an essential tool to efficiently running your Airbnb from anywhere.

We’ve tried all of the popular smart locks on the market and while they’re sufficient enough to get the job done…..we have yet to find the perfect smart lock!

If the perfect smart lock existed, it would withstand all weather conditions, have a very long lasting battery and hold the door open door for our guests. 🤣

We know that technology isn’t always perfect. That’s why we have systems in place for a malfunctioning smart lock. We wish we could say we didn’t learn that the hard way!

So if you’re managing your own Airbnb or short-term rental property, make sure you always have a spare key available on the property JUST in case. Battery health should always be on your radar too.
