Losing Bentley last year broke something in me. The house got too quiet. But my community? You've been my medicine. Every dog I've walked, every fur baby I've sat for, you trusted me with your hearts, and in doing so, helped heal mine. I am so grateful.
In that quiet, something unexpected happened. I started writing.
As a Health Coach and Neurolinguistic Practitioner, I've always believed the greatest transformations come from the most unexpected places. For me, it came from Bentley and his unconditional love.
