⚽🎉 Play-It-Forward Kids Games Day! 🎉⚽

June was filled with fun, laughter, and community as our Play-It-Forward (PIF) program hosted a full-day Kids Games Day for children ages 8–14 from the surrounding community! 🙌🏾

This special event was designed to celebrate youth through play, friendship, and healthy competition. Throughout the day, children participated in exciting games and activities that encouraged teamwork, built confidence, and created lasting memories. 💛

At Play-It-Forward, we believe sports are about so much more than winning. They teach perseverance, respect, leadership, and character, qualities that help young people succeed both on and off the field.

Thank you to everyone who helps make opportunities like this possible. Together, we're creating safe spaces where children can laugh, grow, build friendships, and experience the love of Christ.

Children’s Day was a special celebration at First Christian Church of Port-au-Prince as the church created a meaningful opportunity for children to participate and grow in their faith. 💛

Rather than simply being the focus of the celebration, the children were given the opportunity to lead—sharing in worship, serving during the service, and even bringing the Word of God to the congregation. 🙌🏾📖

What a beautiful reminder that children are not just the future of the church, they are an important part of the church today. Investing in their faith, encouraging their gifts, and giving them opportunities to serve helps raise up the next generation of leaders.

We are thankful for churches like First Christian Church of Port-au-Prince that are creating spaces where children can grow in confidence, faith, and purpose. 🌱
