Avoiding them is.

Most people were taught to suppress, explain away, or hide what they feel.

But emotions are information.
They reveal:
what matters,
what hurts,
what longs to connect.

Mastery is learning to listen to yourself with compassion instead of judgment.

You don’t need to say everything the “right” way.

You just need to be:
honest
present
willing

Because people don’t connect to perfect words. They connect to real ones. Mastery is letting yourself be seen
while you’re still figuring it out.

If you are constantly trying to say the “right” thing,
act the “right” way,
or avoid upsetting people…

you stop being real.

And people cannot deeply connect with a version of you that is performing.

Mastery is allowing yourself to show up honestly,
not perfectly.
