Boca Raton Airport

A Temporary Flight Restriction (TFR) will be in effect from October 16 to October 18.

During this time, some aircraft may divert from President Donald J. Trump International Airport to nearby airports, including Boca Raton Airport, temporarily increasing business jet activity. The Boca Raton Airport is located within the TFR’s 30-nautical-mile outer ring. Aircraft operating within this area are limited to arriving and departing traffic unless authorized by Air Traffic Control (ATC).

All aircraft operating within this area must:

- Be on an active IFR or VFR flight plan.
- Squawk an assigned discrete code.
- Remain in radio contact with ATC.

All flight training is prohibited while the TFR is in effect, including pattern work and practice approaches.

VIP TFRs are subject to last-minute changes. Please check NOTAMs regularly and visit https://bit.ly/4zCmtrk for the most up-to-date information.

Last week, we were honored to attend the Boca Regional Chamber Gala and celebrate the many achievements of our local community leaders and businesses.

We would like to extend our congratulations to The Boca Raton on celebrating 100 years and receiving the M.J. "Mike" Arts Award of Excellence.

We are also proud to recognize our Executive Director, Clara Bennett, for her leadership and service as Chair of the Boca Chamber.

The evening served as a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the honorees and award recipients whose dedication and accomplishments continue to make Boca Raton a great place to live, work, learn, and play.

We're partnering with the Boca Raton Regional Hospital's Kathryn Krickstein Pressel MammoVan on Tuesday, October 6!

The mobile 3D mammography unit will be available from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at The Boca Raton Airport Authority Administration Building, 903 NW 35th Street, offering a convenient way to complete your annual screening.
