The Edge at Novi (formerly Fountain Park of Novi), a 264 unit apartment community located in upscale Novi, MI. Very excited to continue our great streak with partner M Group for our 9th deal together, acquiring under valued assets in this submarket. We plan to cure all deferred maintenance, enhance curb appeal, add new amenities including a new clubhouse, upgraded unit interiors, and an entire re-branding of the community. We’ve engaged a great team and we’re excited to create value, improve operations, and deliver a better experience for the residents.

In January 2018, Andover Real Estate Partners acquired a 274 unit community in the densely populated town of Northville, the 18th largest county in the country. The Northville Township rental market is strong, with average market-wide rent increases of 6.5% the last two years in a row. High barriers to entry exist due to limited available zoned land and high construction costs.

In June 2017, Andover Real Estate Partners acquired a 144 town-home unit community across the street from Oakland University, a school that has 20,000+ employees. Andover’s plan is to convert the property into a student apartment community, turning the 144 rented apartment units into 252 separately rented beds.
