Be aware!! Make sure you tell your clients NOT to google the # for Royal Caribbean as they will get a number that is not a true RC #. Tell your clients if they have any questions to call you as the agent. My clients almost got scammed out of $434.00 for additional port fees, facility fees etc because they called a bogus #. They were asked to call a Martin Smith at 888 741 3008.
Fyi, RC would NEVER call a client for a payment. They would only contact the agent for financial issues.
Be sure to make your clients aware of this issue!
