Hatha yoga is an endless path where each Asana is an invitation to promote awareness, recognize tension and practice to relax it.

Your lower back holds so much — tension, history, the weight of the day.

In this class, we begin in stillness and move slowly through the body — micro-motions of the pelvis, the openness of the hip, the quiet strength of Tree pose — until we arrive, part by part, in genuine rest.

This is what practicing with us feels like. A place to unwind, to sense, to come home to yourself.

🌿 We teach live online Monday through Saturday — three classes a day, morning hours EST, with Radha and Keshava. Can't make it live? Two new recorded classes are added to our VOD library every week, so your practice is always growing with you.

Join us. Your spine will thank you.

In this week's recorded class, we turn our attention to the back body — the part of us we rarely see, yet carries so much.

We move through the spine, free the thoracic, and gently awaken the strength of the posterior chain, before melting into a deep, restful Shavasana.

A practice that leaves you feeling both alive and at ease.

Awareness Is Enough 🌿 | New Classes, Free Videos & May Updates - https://mailchi.mp/keshavaradhayoga/awareness-is-enough
🌿 Fulfillment & Awareness ~ We often believe that certain achievements or experiences will finally make us feel complete. But external things come and go — and the feeling of fulfillment fades with them. What remains constant is awareness itself.
True fulfillment doesn't come from what we do, but from how present we are while doing it. Awareness is available in every moment, you simply need to choose it.

The Arc to Center – Side Body Awakening & Central Flow

Move through a practice of spirals, side openings, and breath-led flow that gradually gathers everything back to center.
We begin in stillness and follow the breath as it traces subtle pathways through the body, awakening lateral lines and guiding movement from one side to the other. From there, we explore fluid transitions through hands, knees, standing shapes, and gentle backbends—letting breath, spine, and hips continuously inform one another.
Side body opening, twisting, and soft strength-building sequences lead us through Gate Pose, Side Plank variations, Goddess variations, and wide-legged folds, each shape revealing a different expression of length and stability. Gradually, the practice refines into clarity, returning us to the simplicity of center.
We close in deep release, where the body unwinds and the breath settles into stillness.

Balance begins with the breath.
In this practice, we explore alternate nostril breathing to gently open and clear each side of the body, then build toward core integration, balance, and a steady connection to center. Moving from side body activation to standing stability, we cultivate both strength and spaciousness—effort and ease.
Join us live or practice anytime in our VOD library. Your body, breath, and attention—all in one place.
