SKILLZ & DRILLZ TRAINING!
2 hours of Skills and Performance Training from the best trainers around. Alex Tucker will be training players on the court in basketball skills development which includes ball handling, hand-eye coordination, decision making, shooting, etc. And Nick Hicks will be training players in performance which include speed, agility, lateral quickness, strength and conditioning, etc.
Alex Tucker is the Founder of Boca Skills Academy and has trained players of all levels from youth to NBA. Nick Hicks is the Founder of Elevate Training & Fitness and has trained all types of people from youth to adults
to professional athletes.
