💓 Ruby Chocolate 💓
💗 Did you know that ruby is an official “fourth” type of chocolate alongside white, milk and dark chocolate? It has a very nice natural ruby rose color and a distinctive sweet and sour taste.
💞 Ruby chocolate is made from fermented ruby cocoa beans, which have a natural red-pink color.
💓 It’s the newest type of chocolate, as it made its appearance only in 2017.
💕 Ruby is paired beautifully with raspberries, but could be used creatively with many other fruit, berries nuts and herbs.
My personal fav is ruby + freeze dried raspberries + champagne 🥂😉

PASSION FRUIT EVERYTHING!!!
I love using passion fruit in my recipes!! This fruit is a perfect mix of sour and sweet and has THE most amazing aroma 🥰
I also like using all sour fruit and berries for my deserts. My favorite of all is Black Current - it has a beautiful combo with vanilla plombir ice cream mousse and also great combo for bourbon dark chocolate truffles. 😋
