From a small town in West Virginia to the heart of Palm Beach County, Desiree has spent her life igniting change through poetry, leadership, and service.

She is the founder of the National Poetry Month Youth Summit, the inaugural Ambassador of Spoken Word for the Cultural Council for Palm Beach County, and chairs Women United at United Way of Palm Beach County.

Someone who knows firsthand that resilience is lived, not taught, Desiree brings that same steady fire to everything she does. As Regional Director of Multifamily for Kastle Systems and a recent TEDx speaker, she redefines leadership as presence, not power.
