Spring is my favorite season. Spring in Florida is particularly comfortable, practicing yoga in the sun on the grass, feeling the fragrance of spring grass, listening to the voice of nature.

Yoga practice can make us more and more sensitive to the more subtle sensations in the body. Yoga and meditation in nature make it easier to feel the connection between body and mind and nature.
