Big things start with a vision.

Our Executive Board Officers convened off campus for a Strategic Planning Retreat. From refining our recruitment strategy to elevating the member experience and aligning on our vision for the 2026–2027 school year, today was all about growth, leadership, and accountability.

A lot of real conversations. A lot of collaboration. And a shared commitment to keep raising the standard.

We wrapped up the day the right way with a brotherhood dinner, strengthening the bonds that make our chapter special.

The Sigs and the amazing women of Delta Phi Epsilon had a ton of fun together recently during greek week. The brothers place top 3 in the dance and continue to represent the best. Thank you to FAU and for having us.
