This past 53rd birthday celebration, was beyond anything I could have imagined. I am forever grateful to my daughter , who cooked the most epic food with so much love.
I am beyond words grateful to my genius, creative, loving friends who shared their love in different ways with me. One of my favorite moments was sitting next to these amazing Queens Sacred Singing & Ukulele Teacher and Melody Maradiaga wow, my heart was so full, and sitting in this circle in my living room , one room full of some of the most amazing humans I ever met!! And love so dearly. I am still flying high from all the Oxytocin-rich experiences, thank you dear friends. ❤️🙏

Fifty Free (53) years ago, I took my first breath in Los Angeles, California… and what a magical journey it has been spinning around this magical sun!!!
This morning I’m so grateful to have woken up to see the sunrise, and I happen to run into Rodolfo Reis , who was celebrating his mother’s birthday who happens to share birthdays w me!
Rodolfo is such a loving and creative man who I love so much. He did the flowers for my friend Michele Gust wedding recently Patch of Heaven Sanctuary … then I got to receive a blessing with his magical conch shell horn. Rodolfo asked me to blow into it my dreams for the future… my body tingled, I love how unexpected this gift was.
My daughter wrote me the most beautiful card this morning. She feels loved unconditionally by me!!
I am feeling so high on love, then my friend Fernando Subirats blessed me with his voice, song, and drum… which I could feel his soul singing from his heart voice! So magical! Thank you to these great men in my life. So grateful to also share this sacred celebration with The Educated Body, LLC Alvaro Rodriguez Alvarez and Kelli !! All these humans are so special in my life… I see how perfect life is.
How my vibe attracts my tribe and I truly can say today, I feel as free as I ever have. I love who I am, I love my life so much and am so grateful for the people in my life. So much to share. I was gathering pics of 52, this past year to post a reel, but 53, this morning got so juicy!!! I just couldn’t resist, here and Now. Thank you to everyone for your texts, messages, and calls. I feel so supported, so safe to be me, so loved. The weather was so perfect!!!
