Join us for our annual workshop/intensive DANCE Rx!
Dance Rx is a 3 day training program that includes the “whole dancer” experience designed to expand your dancers tool box. With seasoned educators that inspire and support your dancer”s unique needs and goals .
This intensive/ workshop is for passionate dancers looking to amplify their technique, artistry and self care awareness. Learn and grow with our amazing guest teacher and led by our founder and artistic director ! This is an amazing opportunity to deepen your summer training and become part of our ever expanding dance community. Space is limited , kick the summer off with us we can’t wait to sand with you !

Our dance company had the opportunity to get in front of the camera with and show their favorite style of dance .
We couldn’t more proud ! Our company is unique because it is made of triple threats ! These company members balance time between their rigorous school work , multiple dance classes , singing and vocal sessions , acting classes , academy show programs , dance conventions and competitions as well as being ambassadors of kindness and hard work in our community .
After all , teamwork makes the dream work …our company members are always up for the challenge 🤘🏻

We are flippin proud of our Acro classes ! Join us this season and see what you are capable of ! Every Tuesday we offer beginner /intermediate level training with safety and fun !!

Ballet is for everyone ! Many feel timid to ever step foot in a ballet class , feelings of fear , comparison and judgement can flood in .
Our program is intentionally designed to welcome all interested and passionate individuals.
The goal : Just to Dance
To be in a space that allows you to thrive and build confidence while being supported no matter your age or level .
To watch this garden grow from dirt and seeds into beautiful movers and thoughtful humans is so very special and important work. We hope you’ll join us this season and take the leap into a dance class or more !
