Happy Friday. Go into the weekend knowing you are amazing and worthy. You can do anything you put your mind to because you truly are unstoppable.

Somehow we woman believe that we have to put everyone else’s needs over our own. We take care of our children, our partners, our careers and we put ourselves last. This is so counter productive. When we fail to take care of ourselves first, we deplete and become worse versions of ourselves. We can’t pour from an empty cup. So when I say self care is essential, what I’m saying is to put your oxygen mask on first and you will be able to give more to those things that matter to you without depleting your own inner resources. Self care IS NOT selfish, in fact it’s imperative.
