For those who have sacrificed it all 🇺🇸
Ten miles is not a big deal when you’re walking for men and women who gave their tomorrows for our todays.
The real question is this:
Are you living a life worthy of their sacrifice?
Are you living with honor for those who never made it home?
Are you carrying yourself in a way that reflects the price they paid for our freedom?
This is my challenge to you:
Live with purpose.
Live with integrity.
Live courageously.
Live honorably for those who no longer have the opportunity to.
Never waste the freedom someone else died to protect.

Years ago, I had already decided to end my life.
Then my phone rang.
A Marine I barely knew invited me out for something completely random and ridiculous.
He thought he was just inviting me to hang out.
What he actually did…
was interrupt a su***de.

This Saturday, February 28th, we’re hosting our very first Puppy Yoga Experience 🐶🧘♂️
Here’s how it works:
✨ The first 30 minutes — a guided yoga session (yes, you have to participate 😉)
✨ The final 30 minutes — puppies + yoga + pure joy
We are SO excited for this one. It’s going to be equal parts stretch therapy and puppy therapy… and I’m already praying I don’t go home with one 😂
