Check out this special exhibition, originally opened in recognition of the Board of Governors’ visit to Florida Atlantic, featuring rare documents and artifacts from the Marvin & Sybil Weiner Spirit of America Collection.

Inspirational documents, such as an original July 1776 printing of the Declaration of Independence and the first printing of Thomas Paine’s Common Sense, are on display with other original artifacts of the American Revolution. These treasures invited visitors to contemplate the sacrifices, values, and legacies of the American Revolution. Through unique artifacts and primary accounts, the exhibition connected modern audiences with the people and places that shaped the birth of our nation.
