Core and Glute Resistance Band Workout! 🔥
You can do these without a resistance band if you don’t have one, but level-up by adding some resistance!
Today’s drills:
1. Single leg bridge lifts
2. Forearm plank straddle walks
3. Side plank star pulses
4. Table top fire hydrant
10xs each side, 3 sets for maximum burn.
