Marina Alter is a graduate of the State University at Buffalo, NY, School of Business with degree specialty in Marketing. Her career began in NY at Chase Manhattan Bank, where she underwrote and restructured debt for companies with revenues of 5,000,000 and under. In 1993, she moved to FL and worked for GE Capital, South Trust Bank and later Union Planters Bank. She furthered her career by obtaining a Mortgage Brokerage license, and opened up a boutique lending division in Hollywood, FL.

She has consistently received honors for her achievements through her Banking and Real Estate career. She further attributes her success to Knowledge, Marketing and Results. It is with this background, Marina brings a high level of expertise, not only in marketing properties, but also in the complex world of processing and closing real estate transactions.
