Elyse has been a godsend to me. She has walked me through every step of the way, first in a rental and then purchasing a home. First she found me a great place to rent, even with a 32 pound dog (she is a HUGE dog person!). The rental didn’t work out as expected (nothing to do with Elyse but a gigantic stressor to me), so I had to find a house to buy quickly…..and all this while I was completely overwhelmed and moving from one Airbnb to another. Elyse was available to me 24/7. She professionally and sensitively handled times I felt completely overwhelmed (and there were quite a few). Simply the sensitivity Elyse exhibited toward me during this period has touched me personally, so I’m devoted to Elyse forever!

Professionally, Elyse has an incredible knowledge of all the different areas I was looking….and I mean she knows details!! I honestly think of Elyse as the yin to my yang. While I was busy being dazzled and focusing on “how pretty” I found the house, Elyse is focused on more practical and important aspects of the house (roof, a/c, impact windows, etc.). What I eventually found after seeing many, many houses (thank you Elyse), was a great looking house that was completely updated (with permits….another thing I learned about from Elyse.). I have moved more times than I can count and I’ve had realtors that I’ve liked, but no one comes close to having the professional skills AND human compassion that Elyse possesses. She came highly recommended to me by a friend and now I’m passing it forward. Elyse is the best.
