Join us this Friday for a fascinating presentation by Alexandra Ashe, Founder and Executive Director of Kinkatopia.
Based in Boca Raton, Kinkatopia is home to the world’s only kinkajou-specific rescue and sanctuary. Alexandra will share the organization’s mission of rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming kinkajous while educating the public about the challenges of the exotic pet trade.

A great meeting at the Rotary Club of Downtown Boca Raton.
We were honored to welcome Mayor Andy Thomson as our guest speaker. Mayor Thomson shared updates on Boca Raton’s continued growth, key initiatives, and his vision for the future of our city. His presentation provided valuable insight into where Boca Raton is headed and the opportunities ahead for our community.
We also celebrated Arlene Herson, who was recognized with the Rotary Foundation Major Donor Award in appreciation of her extraordinary commitment to Rotary’s mission and impact around the world. Congratulations, Arlene, on this well-deserved recognition.
In addition, we recognized club members whose efforts helped our club earn three District Governor’s Gold Level Citations:
