Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an 8-week, evidence-based program that teaches formal meditation and mindfulness practices grounded in decades of clinical research. And when you complete it through Sacred Treehouse with psychologist Dr. Patty Shutt, you can earn Continuing Education

Beyond the CEUs, MBSR gives you tools you can apply directly in clinical practice: brief mindfulness interventions for clients in acute distress, frameworks for teaching emotional regulation, and language for explaining the difference between mindfulness and simple relaxation.

The course objectives are written with professionals in mind: from applying mindfulness in patient communication to helping educate families about the benefits of practice.

This is the burnout prevention, the nervous system regulation, the presence you've been looking for (not by going to Fiji or quitting your job lol). The class is structured into 8 weeks to allow for deeper integration of the wisdom into your body, mind, and practice.
