Four things I've been preaching for 13 years to all my clients who deal with chronic pain

1. Stretch
2. Exercise cardio / weight train
3. Ice all the spots that hurt until numb
4. Heat tight/sore muscles to help them recover faster.

If you feel like there's more to it than just tight, sore painful parts of your body, always consult doctor so that you can have a peak inside and see what's really going on around the joints, the tendons, the muscles et cetera.

There is a point where when none of these things work, there may be something more serious going on. Be proactive about your health and always trust your intuition.

Tight wrists and forearms? Stretch and strengthen them! This quick and simple exercise has two components to it - a stretch and an activation. With both positions (flexion and extension), stretch for a few seconds, and then press your hand down into the floor OR try to lift your hand off of the floor. Doing so will activate your flexors or extensors in their lengthened or shortened position.
