N’ice cream is one of my favorite ways to enjoy ripe fruit! 🥭🍌
I freeze ripe mango chunks on a silicone mat so they don’t stick together, then blend them with frozen bananas until they’re smooth, thick, and incredibly creamy. That’s it—simple, delicious, and completely cruelty-free.
No dairy. No processed ingredients. Just whole, ripe fruit transformed into a dreamy frozen treat that satisfies a sweet craving while staying true to a whole-food, low-fat raw vegan lifestyle.
Have you tried making N’ice cream? What’s your favorite fruit combination?

What are you doing with all your papaya seeds?
I personally can’t eat them in high quantities. Sometimes I’ll have like a teaspoon of them to help combat parasites in the gut, but there’s so many in each papaya that you get from the store it’s nearly impossible to eat them all.
So may I suggest that you dehydrate them at low temperatures to keep their enzymes intact and then grind them and add them to your compost.

A day full of sunshine… on my plate! 💛☀️
While traveling along Florida’s west coast, we enjoyed some incredible tropical fruit that we picked up from Fruits ’n Cahoots and at Mango Mania on Pine Island.
This colorful feast included eggfruit, yellow mango, banana, yellow dragon fruit and sapodilla. Every bite was naturally sweet, nourishing, and packed with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and fiber.
Nature really does provide the most beautiful meals! And requires very little effort. You just have to make sure that everything is ripened properly and know what Fruit skins you can consume. Traveling with Fruit is actually pretty easy.
What’s your favorite yellow fruit? 💛🍌🥭

Breakfast today was a simple, delicious smoothie made with bananas, organic strawberries, blueberries, and fresh coconut water. 🍌🍓🫐🥥
I have to say, though… strawberries just don’t seem to taste the way they did when I was growing up. Even organic ones can sometimes be disappointing.
The good news is they’re still a wonderful whole food, providing vitamin C, antioxidants, and fiber. When fruit isn’t at its sweetest, I love pairing it with perfectly ripe bananas and a handful of blueberries to naturally boost the flavor—no sweeteners needed.
One of the beautiful things about an 80/10/10 lifestyle is learning to work with what’s in season and making simple combinations that nourish the body. Not every piece of fruit is perfect, but every meal is another opportunity to fuel ourselves with living, whole foods. 🌿💚
Have you noticed that strawberries don’t seem to have the same flavor they used to?

Sometimes when we travel we eat while we are in the car. So I just create a little morsels for my husband the driver and he just grabs and pops it into his mouth. We have a lot of fun when we travel. Actually we have a lot of fun in our lives with everything that we do. Bringing joy into your world is very important part of a healthy lifestyle. The old expression laughter is the best medicine is so true.
We almost always have big salads for dinner and last night, I made a really delicious dressing using local mangoes, lime juice, and some of the tough inner chords of mustard greens and Swiss chard and also some of the stems from fresh cilantro. Turned out really great.
