Sheldon Wrestling Academy Training - SWAT is for all ages and from beginners to advanced wrestlers. Wrestling is a sport that will have a lasting experience to help aspiring athletes develop basic skills for all sports.
The South Florida Regional Training Center - Home of SWAT, Premier wresting club teaching Free-Style, Greco Roman and Folk Style Wrestling. Olympic level coaching and lead by a Gold Level coach.
SWAT’s style of coaching is not only about winning and losing, it about having fun and building character. From wrestling our students learn how to; set goals, be respectful, be humble and most of all sportsmanship.
The students will also build self-esteem, perseverance, confidence, discipline, comradeship and emotional self-control through training in wrestling.
A true champion is not one that has the most victories or medals, but one that has achieved set goals and enjoyed the journey along the way.
