When we first met with my husband, birds were in a very small group of the beings that I didn’t understand and disliked a lot. In the same way that I didn’t understand what love means, and what family means.
Since then our pet birds have taught me a lot of wonderful things about family and life.
The main inspiration for this project were our many song birds who live with us, as well as my husband Lucian, who is an avid ornithologist.

One of the sweetest recent projects from my job, an invite based on the Conch conservation efforts. I love conch, I was lucky not only to find a real shell if it in the ocean, the one that have become my inspiration, but also to see the live conch! What a pretty and unusual beings these are!! I was very happy to work on this project and can’t wait to get a printed piece now.

“Broken ornament”

inspired by my attempts to heal the ornament of my family roots, as well as the broken Slavic ornament.
I was thinking ‘Rhythm and Rhyme’ for this project, too.
