Platinum Award is presented to those entries judged to be among the most outstanding entries in the competition. Platinum Winners received a judges score between 90-100 and are recognized for their excellence in terms of quality, creativity, and resourcefulness. About 17 percent of awards recipients won this award.

☀️ We were hired by LWP Development to create the initial branding for their proposed mixed-use development. The goal was to create an identity they could weave throughout their RFP response and differentiate themselves from the competition.

... Reflecting back on the success of The Reserve! Had SO much fun strategizing and recreating this luxury residential community branding with STiR-Communications. As home sales remained stagnant at the time, ownership asked for help. After the repositioning and rebrand, 80% of their inventory was under contract in less than 2 months!
