Our story starts in the Northeast, where weekends meant bagels, lox, and family gathered around the table. Those flavors and traditions stayed with us when we made South Florida home. But after years here, we realized there was nothing quite like the deli-style lox we grew up with — so we set out to change that.​

At SoFlo Smokehouse, we handcraft small-batch nova and pastrami seasoned lox with the same care our families grew up expecting, made right here in South Florida. Each fillet is cured, smoked, and sliced by hand to create something that’s both familiar and completely new.

We’re a younger generation putting our own spin on a timeless favorite, keeping the tradition alive one slice at a time.
