3 This iteration of 2026-2027, you (or your attendees) will receive TWO SEPARATE CERTIFICATES - Their typical Executive Ed. in Hospitality & Tourism 2026-2027 Iteration AND The Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certificate

4 Continuous Improvement and interest in Lean Six Sigma for even hourly staff is showing GREAT PROMISE in terms of engagement and retention and is one of the reasons we added it (for our HRD friends to know!)

On April 13, students from the hospitality and tourism management programs at Florida Atlantic University and Florida International University experienced a “Day in the Life” at the stunning The Boca Raton—going behind the scenes and connecting with the resort’s top leadership.

Joined by Dr. Mike Hampton (FIU) and Instructor Greg Bohan (FAU), the group also had the opportunity to hear from and spend time with Daniel A. Hostettler, President & CEO of The Boca Raton, who engaged with students throughout the day.
