I was asked about VPK. Here is the VPK Suggested List
1 regular-sized backpack- no rolling backpacks (labeled with your child’s first and last name)
1 water bottle (labeled with your child’s first and last name)
1 full set of change of clothes
(underwear, shorts, shirt, socks, labeled with your child’s name in a ziplock bag)
4 large containers of baby wipes
4 large rolls of paper towels
1 small plastic pencil box
1 pack of Expo (dry-erase) markers
2 reams of copy paper
2 glue sticks
1 bottle of glue
2 sandwich-size Ziploc bags
1-gallon size Ziploc bags
2 packs of crayons (24 count)
1 set of computer headphones labeled with your child’s name
2 rest towels, or 2 small baby-sized blankets, or a crib-sized sheet and a small baby-sized blanket (cots are 50 inches by 20 inches)
VPK rules prohibit providers from requiring payment of fees or donation of money or materials for services provided for a child during the free VPK hours. Donations made are strictly voluntary
