🚨 Important Update for Visa Applicants! 🚨
Starting July 1st, the wait time for permanent residence visas through a job offer (PERM or Labor Certification (EB-3)) will increase from 19 months to 30 months. Please take note of this change.
However, there's hope! With the new fiscal year starting on October 1st, we anticipate progress in reducing these backlogs.
