Raised on a working ranch across Texas and New Mexico, Charlie brings a lifetime of hands-on experience in ranching, land, and livestock. From the Concho Valley to Big Bend, his roots run deep, and his understanding of the land reflects it.

With a background in agriculture, land services, and over eight years in real estate, Charlie offers a practical perspective on land use, value, and what it takes to make a property work.
