Eric was born and raised in South Texas, where from a young age he worked on his family’s cattle ranch near Odem while helping local farmers and ranchers throughout the area. Those experiences gave him an early understanding of the agricultural lifestyle and the importance land holds for Texas families and rural landowners.

Eric attended South West Texas Junior College in Uvalde, where he studied range and wildlife management while working on hunting, cattle, and horse ranches throughout Southwest Texas. His educational background and hands on experience provided a strong foundation in wildlife management, ranch operations, and land stewardship that continues to inform how he represents farm and ranch properties throughout Texas today.

Eric is a licensed real estate agent and auctioneer, serving buyers and sellers across Texas. Through his professional experience and personal background in agriculture, he brings a practical understanding of ranch operations, recreational properties, and agricultural equipment while maintaining strong relationships with landowners, buyers, industry professionals, and members of the agricultural community throughout Texas.
